Kelly’s experience includes nutrition coaching, motivational interviewing, lifestyle management, and 1:1 and group training, as well as prenatal and postnatal training.

Kelly founded Eclectic Wellness with a goal to help others make positive change for their health through nutrition and exercise. Kelly has always been involved in athletics, playing sports as a youth and field hockey at Roanoke College. After graduating, Kelly struggled with her weight and adjusting her nutrition for a non-athlete lifestyle. She realized that her eating habits and physical activity would need to change in order to maintain her health. Her interest in nutrition and her passion for helping others led her to create the EW program based on healthy habits and individualized goal-setting. Kelly lives in Roanoke, Virginia with her husband, Jeremiah, and son, Coen.

Kelly Six is not a physician, psychologist, licensed dietitian, or licensed nutritionist.  Kelly cannot and will not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or recommend any changes in medication.  Kelly will recommend and refer clients to other services if clients have more serious, chronic conditions that are outside of her scope of practice and expertise.
