This is a 4-part email-based, video course that is offered at the beginning of each month. It includes video lessons as well as worksheets and can be completed on your own time (about 30 minutes for each session). The email delivery schedule is aligned with the Roanoke Valley CrossFit Foundation’s course. This course is designed to introduce you to the beginning principles of proper nutrition that will improve your health, wellness, and performance in CrossFit.
During the course, you’ll learn:
- Healthy eating habits and routines
- Foods that are healthy and support fitness
- How to prepare and plan for progress and success
- How coaching can help bridge the gap between where you are now and your goals
At Roanoke Valley CrossFit, we believe that nutrition is the base of any health journey and should not be overlooked when beginning an exercise program. In sum, no amount or type of exercise can combat a poor nutrition plan.
