Welcome to RVCF Foundations: Nutrition. This course is designed to introduce you to the beginning principles of proper nutrition that will improve your health, wellness, and performance in CrossFit.

At RVCF, we believe that foundation is the base of any health journey and should not be overlooked when beginning an exercise program. In sum, no amount or type of exercise can combat a poor nutrition plan.
