The find of the month for September is Woeber’s Sweet & Spicy Mustard.
Low-cal options like mustard, hot sauce, and other seasonings can be great for changing the overall flavor of a meal. They’re usually made from vinegar, water, mustard seed, and other seasonings and can be substitutes for other condiments (mayonnaise, cream-based or sugary sauces) that are higher in calories.
Jeremiah said having a go-to mustard and hot sauce were helpful during his 100 lb weight-loss.
This mustard packs flavor and only contains a small amount of sugar. We’ve used it for glazing pork chops, as a dipping sauce for chicken, and as a condiment for sandwiches and wraps.
